At Park Avenue United Methodist Church, leadership isn’t just about titles; it’s about stewardship, service, and growing the gifts God has given each of us. The Nominations & Leadership Development Committee (NLDC) exists to identify, equip, and empower members of our congregation to serve in meaningful ways throughout the church.
Our Mission:
Identify the unique talents and time commitments of church members.
Equip leaders through mentorship, training, and guidance.
Empower members to contribute to the church leadership board, committees, and other ministry initiatives.
