World Missions

The Mission Commission is focused on sending people from the Body of Park Avenue Church to reach out with the Good News of Jesus Christ to cultures around the world. Based on Acts 1:8 and Matthew 28:19, the mandate of the Mission Commission is to send missionaries and evangelists with the Gospel of Jesus Christ to “Samaria” and to the “ends of the earth.” In other words, to other countries and other cultures.

These countries include South Africa, France, Mexico, Japan, Brazil, Haiti, Guatemala, Afghanistan, Central Asia, East Asia, Colombia, and countries in the Middle East.

Upcoming Events

DAVE & JAN STILWELL are longtime members of Park Avenue currently serving in Central Asia.  They will be conducting a Transformational Leadership Course (TLC) for leaders from many Central Asian countries.  Many of them have been building God’s kingdom in the midst of intense persecution and hardship. This 3½ month course (May -August) is to equip and empower these national believers to enable them to develop other leaders in their home countries.  This is a wonderful opportunity for you, or your small group, to become involved in Park’s mission to make disciples for Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world.  Please consider supporting the TLC, or an individual leader, with your prayers & finances.  For more information, contact Rick Chynoweth (612-929-1876) or the PAC Mission Commission: parkavenue34@gmail.com.
