To reserve a church room (church members):

Fill out the form for Park Avenue ministries and send to info@parkavechurch.org.

To rent a room (outside groups):

Fill out the form for outside group room rental and send to info@parkavechurch.org.

To request a vehicle (church affiliated groups):

Fill out the form for vehicle request and send to Carlos Arcos Martinez at
carlosmartinez@parkavechurch.org. For questions, call Carlos at (612) 669-7957.

For weddings:
